Any person that uses or chooses to NOT use CODA services after speaking to an Advocate for any reason is subject to strict confidentiality. This means that no one associated with CODA (staff, volunteers, interns, board members) may reveal or release personally identifying information in connection with services requested, utilized or denied through our program unless that person has filled out and signed a specific release giving CODA permission to share information. This release may be terminated at ANY time.
