Our 24-hour crisis line is staffed by CODA advocates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and will provide crisis intervention, support, information and referrals for anyone in need.
CODA’s highest priority is the present safety of those calling the crisis line. Depending on the safety of the caller, information is taken that will lead trained staff to recommend options to the caller. Options may include emergency shelter, referrals to other shelters, protective orders and more.
